Full-Time Shift Supervisor / Team Lead
- Evening Closing Shift– Gas Convenience & ANBL Agency Join Our Team We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Full-Time Shift Supervisor / Team Lead for our evening closing shift to join our busy gas convenience store and ANBL Agency team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and is ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced retail workplace. As a Shift Supervisor / Team Lead, you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly, support your coworkers, and lead by example. This is a hands-on supervisory position that combines leadership responsibilities with regular cashiering, stocking, and general store duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members throughout daily store operations.
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees.
- Provide direction, guidance, and assistance to staff as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service and help resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Perform cashier duties, process transactions, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor fuel pumps, oversee fuel transactions, and follow established safety and security procedures.
- Assist with ANBL Agency sales, stocking, and compliance with liquor regulations.
- Receive deliveries, restock shelves and coolers, and maintain inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store, both inside and outside.
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks, inventory control, and operational priorities.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently.
- Help maintain an efficient, positive, and productive work environment. Physical Requirements This is an active retail position that requires regular physical work, including:
- Repetitive lifting and carrying of boxes weighing 30 lbs or more.
- Pushing and moving carts of merchandise.
- Stocking shelves, coolers, and ANBL products.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.




- Performing general store maintenance and outdoor duties in varying weather conditions. Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Previous retail, convenience store, or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset.
- Comfortable handling cash, completing transactions, and using POS systems.
- Ability to lead by example, work independently, and support a team.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Dependable, responsible, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
- A current criminal record check is required.
- Reliable transportation is essential. Public transportation is not consistently available during required shift hours. Full-Time Schedule & Availability Requirements This is a full-time position requiring complete scheduling flexibility. Applicants must be available to work any shift required by the business, including:
- Evening, and closing shifts ending as late as midnight.
- Weekdays, weekends, and statutory holidays.
- Varying schedules based on operational and staffing requirements. Full availability is a condition of this supervisory position. Applicants must be available to work the closing shift any day of the week including all holidays. This is not a fixed-shift or Monday-to-Friday position. While scheduled days and hours are mainly close shifts, the successful candidate must maintain the flexibility required to support business operations. Why Join Our Team?
