- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Review account activity and identify items requiring follow-up.
- Communicate professionally with customers about account questions and outstanding balances.
- Use accounting software to support bookkeeping and organized financial records.
- Qualifications
- Relevant skills in accounts receivable, accounting, and account reconciliation.
- Bookkeeping knowledge and accuracy with financial data entry.
- Familiarity with accounting software; QuickBooks or Sage experience is preferred.
- Customer service skills and professional phone etiquette are preferred.
