Skills:
• Banking & Capital Markets: robust understanding of institutional banking, payments, securities settlement, treasury, and digital asset ecosystems.
• Digital Asset Tokenization: experience with tokenization deposits, stablecoins, digital securities, real-world asset tokenization, and blockchain-enabled financial solutions.




• Canadian Regulatory Landscape: familiarity with OFSI, Bank of Canada, CSA, FINTRAC, and emerging Canadian digital asset regulatory frameworks.
• Blockchain Architecture: experience with distributed ledger technologies, smart contracts, digital custody, and enterprise banking integration.
• Risk & Compliance: understanding of AML/KYC, cybersecurity, operational resilience, and regulatory governance.
• Advisory & Consulting: ability to engage senior banking stakeholders and translate regulatory requirements into practical implementation roadmaps.
