Mechanic / Welder Position: Full-Time

Experience:
Mechanical experience preferred Licensing: No mechanic's licence or trade certification required About the Position We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Mechanic to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of repairs, modifications, installations, and custom projects. Our shop specializes in SPIF systems, hydraulic systems, hoist replacements, electrical repairs, welding, general trailer repairs, truck body installations, and Greasing systems. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has good mechanical skills, and enjoys working with their hands. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and service SPIF systems.
- Diagnose, repair, and install hydraulic systems and components.
- Perform hoist replacements and installations.
- Troubleshoot and repair trailer electrical systems.
- Perform MIG welding, fabrication, and metal repairs.
- Complete general trailer maintenance and repairs.
- Install truck bodies and related equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Qualifications & Skills
- Mechanical experience with trailers, trucks, or automotive repairs is an asset.
- Experience with hydraulics,



electrical systems, and welding is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems and work independently.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team. No mechanic's licence or trade certification is required. We are willing to consider someone with strong hands-on mechanical abilities and a willingness to learn.
