Inspire, and Make a Difference As our Bilingual Assistant Manager, you’ll support our customer service team and help ensure every customer receives knowledgeable, friendly, and professional assistance. You’ll coach employees, resolve concerns, and improve the customer experience. Leadership & Team Development
- Coach, mentor, and support customer service team members.
- Provide guidance on customer inquiries, product information, and complex service situations.
- Help organize daily work and ensure responsibilities are completed efficiently.
- Encourage learning, product knowledge, teamwork, and professional development.

- Serve customers across Canada in both English and French.
- Help customers make informed decisions
- Assist with product questions, and orders by phone and email.
- Ensure accurate information, timely assistance, and appropriate follow-up. Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with sales, shipping, marketing, and retail teams to optimize the service our customers receive.
- Identify opportunities to improve procedures, efficiency, and team performance.
- Help develop and implement customer service policies and best practices.
- Participate in supplier training and ongoing product education.
- Support management with daily operations and special projects. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a natural leader with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and extensive supplement knowledge. Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French,



including strong verbal and written communication.
- Experience working in a health food store.
- At least 2 years as a Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Strong knowledge of nutritional supplements and natural health products.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate employees.
- Strong computer, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and productively in a remote environment.
