We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and client-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. About the Role
The Aesthetician will focus on providing high-quality, personalized facial and skincare treatments tailored to each client's individual needs and goals. The role includes conducting skincare consultations, delivering professional treatments, recommending appropriate skincare products and at-home routines, and educating clients on preventative skincare practices. As part of the Higher State team, the Aesthetician will contribute to a welcoming and supportive environment while collaborating with other health and wellness professionals to promote a whole-body approach to care.

Responsibilities:

- Perform skincare assessments and consultations to determine clients' skin concerns and goals.
- Provide customized facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction,



and mask application, using natural and organic skincare products.
- Offer advice on skincare routines and recommend natural skincare products to enhance clients' skin health.
- Educate clients on the benefits of natural skincare ingredients and practices for maintaining healthy skin.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.

Requirements:

- Licensed Aesthetician with certification from an accredited skincare program.
- Experience in performing facials and skincare treatments using natural and organic products.
- Knowledge of natural skincare ingredients, their benefits, and applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for educating clients on skincare techniques and products.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for clients.
