About the Position We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a hands-on position combining inside sales, customer service, order processing and warehouse responsibilities. You will work directly with customers by phone, email and at the counter, while also assisting with picking, packing and staging orders when required. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, takes initiative and appreciates a varied role that combines office and hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing and availability.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare quotations, enter customer orders and process transactions accurately.
- Follow up on quotations and inquiries to ensure customers receive timely responses.
- Accurately pick, pack,



and stage orders for customer pickup or delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Carry out other duties as needed to support the team and enhance our service.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who:

- Is comfortable with both office and warehouse responsibilities. Qualifications
- Previous customer service or inside sales experience is preferred.




- Previous experience in plumbing, industrial or related products is an asset.
- Previous experience in wholesale distribution is an asset.
- Highschool Diploma required; post secondary education is an asset.
