- Coordinating daily truck shipments
- Tracking loads and proactively managing delivery timelines
- Communicating with clients, carriers, and internal teams




- Resolving shipment issues and maintaining high service levels
- Updating TMS and operational systems with accurate shipment data ✅ What We’re Looking For
