Overview The Front Office Supervisor/Housekeeping Supervisor coordinates front desk and housekeeping operations to support a welcoming, well-organized guest experience. This role helps teams stay aligned, responds to guest needs, and supports consistent service across daily operations. Duties
- Coordinate front desk and housekeeping activities, sharing updates on room readiness, priorities, and guest requests.
- Support guest services by responding to questions, resolving routine concerns, and using professional phone etiquette.
- Guide team members in hospitality and customer service practices, helping maintain courteous, consistent interactions.

Pay: $27.03 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
