Montreal, Canada (Onsite) We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a business transformation project within the aerospace industry. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts to understand operational challenges, document requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of business and technology solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong business analysis skills. The candidate must be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, supporting project activities, and contributing to process improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on business value and user needs. Seniority Intermediate Level (3+ years of relevant experience) Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- Experience participating in business transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify business needs, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
- Support impact assessments and requirement traceability activities.
- Perform fit-gap analyses between current business processes and proposed solutions. Process Analysis & Improvement
- Document and analyze current (AS-IS) business processes.
- Support the definition of future-state (TO-BE) processes.
- Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Recommend practical improvements aligned with business objectives.



Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and project stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between operational teams and project teams.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across departments.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and support decision-making processes. Project Support
- Contribute to project planning, risk identification, issue tracking, and status reporting.
- Support project governance and project delivery activities.
- Assist in evaluating project impacts, dependencies, and constraints.
- Participate in testing, user acceptance activities, and change management initiatives. Document Management
- Understand and analyze document management processes and operational challenges.
- Support the definition of document control, approval workflows, and governance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve document lifecycle management and information accessibility.
