We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Asset Management to oversee the performance, strategic planning, and operational management of its real estate investment portfolio. The successful candidate will lead asset management initiatives, maximize investment returns, identify opportunities for portfolio growth, and ensure that properties achieve their financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the financial and operational performance of commercial real estate assets.
* Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value and investment returns.
* Monitor property budgets, cash flows, operating expenses, and financial forecasts.
* Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and capital expenditure initiatives.
* Evaluate investment performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
* Manage relationships with property managers, investors, tenants, and other stakeholders.
* Conduct market research and analyze real estate investment trends.
* Oversee leasing strategies, occupancy levels, and tenant retention.
* Identify potential risks and develop strategies to protect investment portfolios.




* Prepare performance reports and investment recommendations for senior executives.
* Lead and mentor asset management professionals. Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* 8–12 years of experience in commercial real estate, asset management, or investment management.
* Strong knowledge of commercial property operations and real estate investment strategies.
* Experience managing large real estate portfolios and financial budgets.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in financial modeling, investment analysis, and property valuation.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Experience
* Experience with institutional real estate investment portfolios.
* Knowledge of commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
* Professional designations such as CFA, CPA, or real estate investment credentials are an advantage. Pay: $159,400.00-$230,000.00 per year
