Overview Tile N Style is looking for a motivated, organized and customer-focused Sales Representative / Office Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing skilled sales support, handling daily office administration and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Assist customers with selecting tiles, flooring, plumbing fixtures and other interior products.
- Present product features, explain pricing and provide quotations to customers.
- Develop positive customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email and in-person communication.
- Process sales transactions, prepare invoices and assist with order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales documents and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers, sales staff and customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Maintain an organized showroom, product displays and office environment.
- Perform general administrative duties and support daily business operations. Required Qualifications & Skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and confidence when dealing with customers.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle POS systems, invoices, quotations and basic calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and a responsible work attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales or office administration.
- Experience in flooring, tiles, construction or interior design is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales management systems.
- Additional language skills are an asset.
- Experience handling customer accounts, quotations and order coordination.
