Job Overview As Assistant Manager
- Booster Juice for multiple locations, you’ll help lead daily restaurant operations, support food preparation and service, and create a welcoming customer experience. You’ll work alongside the team to keep service organized, food handling safe, and the restaurant running smoothly. Successful candidate has at least 1 year supervisor experience at Booster Juice and can begin work immediately with knowledge of Booster Juice operations. Will be in charge of recruiting, scheduling, training, cost control, inventory management, staff management, equipment maintenance, and day to day operations of multiple locations. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tasks, supervise team members, and support team management to maintain productive service.
- Assist with food preparation and cooking, follow food safety practices, and help keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized.




- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Use POS systems to process orders and cash handling accurately while providing attentive customer service.
- Assess staffing needs and complete interviewing, onboarding, and coaching, and help address operational needs as they arise Qualifications Required: Minimum 1 year experience as food service supervisor or assistant manager. Preferred: Restaurant management, supervising, food service, restaurant, kitchen, or food industry experience; familiarity with POS or Micros POS an asset. Pay: From $34.75 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
