- Kids Physio’s Paediatric Mentorship program and online learning modules: a comprehensive review of common paediatric conditions, tips and tricks for treatments and monthly case discussions with other new therapists across the country
- Clinical Coach*:* access to an in-clinic coach to help support your clinical caseload questions in the first 6 months of practice
- Clinical Manager support*:
* Monthly 1:1 meetings with a manager to receive support and work towards your individualized goals

We offer




competitive compensation packages to our “current-to-paeds” physiotherapists and include all of the listed learning opportunities at no cost. You can expect to earn $60,000-$100,000 for a full time role, depending on hours and performance. Our compensation structure allows you to focus on your learning while having the opportunity to make an excellent wage as your skills improve. Our contracts also include:
- Commission-based or hourly compensation models;
- Vacation and stat holiday pay;
- Health benefits;
- Annual performance reviews and compensation increases. The Company: Kids Physio Group is a company of registered physiotherapists, with locally owned clinics across the country. We have a network of almost 100 paediatric physiotherapists who are incredibly passionate about making physio FUN, and collaborate regularly to deliver world-class care to our clients. Our kid & teen-friendly clinics are bright and colourful, our appointments are extended to give time for treatment plus play,, and our equipment is curated from years of experience, all in service of supporting our young clients in reaching their maximum physical potential. The Position:
- Schedule: our new-to-paeds positions are full-time and will likely include evening and weekend shifts to fill your schedule. Your manager will work with you to develop a schedule together.
