JOB DESCRIPTION
This position involves the execution of Tim Hortons’ standards around people, product, cleanliness and exceptional customer service while on shift.

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset
· Reliability and ability to work flexible hours
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to adhere to policies/procedures
· Able to operate effectively as part of a team in a fast paced environment

· Keeps the front counter/drive thru area clean, organized, stocked and ready for rush periods

· Follows all store policies and procedures (e.g. cash handling procedures, back door policy, break policy, injury & illness reporting policy)
· Maintains a neat, clean and professional appearance, in accordance with the Career Wear policy Operation




· Always follows Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing product for our customer
· Regularly takes temperatures of the required product and records it in the Time & Temperature log Tasks: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs Load bus pans and trays Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware Place dishes in storage area Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand Keep records of the quantities of food used Package take-out food Portion and wrap foods Prepare, heat and finish simple food items Serve customers at counters or buffet tables Stock refrigerators and salad bars Take customers' orders Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment Handle and store cleaning products Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas Remove kitchen garbage and trash Sweep, mop, wash floors Equipment and machinery experience Conventional oven Electronic cash register Grill Additional information Own transportation Public transportation is available Work conditions and physical capabilities Quick-paced environment Repetitive tasks Standing for extended periods Work under pressure Attention to detail Weight handling Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) Group insurance benefits
