Position Overview: We are seeking an outgoing, well-spoken, and persuasive Retention Customer Service Representative who excels at reconnecting with customers and strengthening long-term relationships. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging with existing and at-risk customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively reach out to existing and inactive customers to maintain and rebuild relationships
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Retain customers by effectively communicating value and resolving objections
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems




- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance customer experience
- Follow up consistently to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications
- A strong sense of satisfaction from resolving difficult situations
- Proven experience in customer service, retention, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Confident, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Skilled in handling objections and negotiating solutions
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset
