Position Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location:
Revital Health Physiotherapy & Massage–Savanna Compensation: 16.00–18.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday to Firday
- 2:00 PM-8:00 pm Alternative weekends Join Our Team Revital Health is currently seeking a professional and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our Savanna clinic. This position plays an important role in ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient client experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting, strong administrative and communication skills, and familiarity with WCB, MVA, and private insurance processes. Candidates who live in or are based in South Calgary and can reliably commute to our Macleod location are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients courteously and professionally.
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling & client check-ins.
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance documentation, including MVA, WCB, and private insurance.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records.
- Process and follow up on required healthcare documentation.
- Support the Clinic Manager and multidisciplinary team with daily clinic operations.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required. Qualifications




- Previous experience working in a medical clinic, physiotherapy clinic, rehabilitation clinic, or other healthcare setting is preferred.
- Experience with WCB and MVA claims/billing processes is an asset.
- Familiarity with EMR systems is preferred.
- Experience with Jane Software is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
