Help customers bring their countertop ideas to life. Colonial Countertops is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to welcome customers into our showroom and guide them through choosing the right countertop for their home or project. You’ll learn what customers are looking for, help them explore materials and design options, and provide clear information about pricing, availability, and timelines. You’ll also support the sales team with order processing, customer follow-ups, and showroom upkeep. If you enjoy helping people, have an interest in home design, and like working in a fast-paced team environment, we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll do
- Welcome showroom visitors and create a helpful, positive customer experience.
- Ask questions to understand each customer’s project, style, and budget.
- Introduce customers to countertop materials, including quartz, granite, and other surfaces.
- Help customers compare options and choose products that fit their needs.
- Provide accurate pricing, product availability, and lead-time information.
- Help coordinate in-home measurements and installation appointments.
- Keep up to date on our products, pricing, and promotions.
- Process orders and assist with customer follow-ups and other sales administration.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and ready to welcome customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team and take on other related duties as needed. What you bring




- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales; home improvement or design experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort using computers and learning sales software.
