We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and experienced Working Café Supervisor to join our team This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys being on the floor, serving customers, preparing drinks, supporting staff, and overseeing daily operations. We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily café operations.
- Work alongside staff during busy shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare beverages and assist with food preparation as needed.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members.
- Delegate tasks and ensure staff are working efficiently.
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift coverage.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.




- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures. Qualifications & Skills
- Previous café, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on.
- Flexible availability, including weekends. The Ideal Candidate You are someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and understands that a great café experience starts with great leadership. You are confident making decisions, comfortable taking charge during busy periods, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 – 38.0 per week
