We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Sudbury team. In this role, you'll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, helping customers find the right products, supporting our Outside Sales Representatives, and working with suppliers and internal teams to keep orders moving. Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text, helping customers find the products and solutions they need.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and assist with pricing and product availability.
- Support our Outside Sales Representatives with customer orders, quotes, and product sourcing.
- Process customer orders and supplier purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, specifications, and quantities.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, shipping, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate freight arrangements and help ensure orders are delivered efficiently.
- Keep customers informed of order updates, expected deliveries, and any changes.
- Assist with inventory replenishment by reviewing sales history and identifying stock requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and work with internal departments to resolve issues and keep things running smoothly. What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. Ideally, you have:
- 5 years experience minimum, in customer service,



inside sales, order processing, or a similar role.
- Competitive compensation will be offered to candidates with extensive relevant experience and demonstrated skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- A practical, solution-focused approach to customer needs.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software.
- An understanding of purchasing, inventory, or product distribution.
