Role Overview We are seeking an in office Technical Sales Representative in Whitby, ON, to manage full-cycle equipment sales. You will prospect new industrial accounts, conduct technical demonstrations, collaborate with engineering to build custom solutions, and close capital equipment deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect, qualify, and close new business with machine builders, automation integrators, and industrial manufacturers.
- Lead the complete sales cycle: discovery, quoting, technical presentations, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to translate customer technical requirements into actionable equipment proposals and ROI justifications.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business, service agreements, and parts re-orders.
- Attend relevant industry trade shows, networking events, and regional client visits as required. Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales, industrial equipment, or engineered solutions.
- Experience or familiarity with industrial manufacturing, automation, fluid dispensing, adhesives/sealants, or machine integration.
- Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to engineers, plant managers, and procurement teams.
- Post-secondary education in engineering, mechanical technology, or a related field is an asset.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software.
- Ability to work on-site in Whitby, ON, with a valid driver’s license for regional customer visits.
