Job Summary MJR Tree Service has been the sole service provider for the City of Nanaimo for over 8 years. We are currently seeking a skilled fulltime Climbing Arborist to join our team. The Arborist will be responsible for the care and maintenance of trees and shrubs on residential and commercial properties.

- Perform tree pruning, removals, and planting
- Operate bucket trucks and rigging equipment for tree work
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks
- Utilize GIS technology for mapping and tracking tree inventory Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in arboriculture and tree care
- Proficiency in bucket operation and rigging techniques
- Familiarity with operating bucket trucks for tree work
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices

Job Type
Full time Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
