Job Overview As a Full Time Barista, prepare and serve beverages and food while creating a welcoming, efficient customer experience. Support smooth daily service through attentive customer care, accurate transactions, and consistent food handling. This position will includes the expectation that the selected candidate will work weekends and events hosted at the Bistro. Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, beverages, and food orders accurately, following food safety and food handling practices.
- Welcome customers, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide friendly customer service while serving.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS where applicable, and manage cashiering, cash handling, and basic math accurately.
- Keep the service area clean and organized, coordinate with colleagues, and use time management to maintain steady service. Your impact: dependable,

- Opening / Closing Procedures Qualifications Required: Practical customer service, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, food preparation, and safe food handling capabilities support accurate, efficient service. Time management and transparent communication help you prioritize orders, assist customers, and coordinate with colleagues during busy periods. Preferred but not required: Barista experience, food industry or food service experience, serving experience, and familiarity with POS or Micros POS are advantageous for preparing orders confidently and adapting quickly to established service routines.
