Customer Service Representative (CSR) — Esso Position OverviewThe Customer Service Representative provides friendly, efficient service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked gas station and convenience store.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with purchases.
- Process fuel and convenience store transactions accurately using the cash register and payment terminal.
- Sell lottery tickets, validate winning tickets, and process payouts according to store procedures.
- Verify identification for age-restricted purchases and follow applicable requirements.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and displays as assigned, depending on the shift.
- Check product expiry dates, rotate stock, and report low inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including counters, floors, washrooms,



and assigned outdoor areas.
- Prepare coffee and replenish supplies as required.
- Follow cash-handling procedures and complete assigned shift paperwork.
- Monitor the store and fuel area, reporting safety concerns, equipment issues, or suspicious activity to management.
- Complete shift-specific duties and communicate relevant updates to the next shift. Qualifications
- Robust customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Previous retail, cash-handling, or lottery experience is an asset; training will be provided. Pay: Up to $17.95 per hour Work
