We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Location Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a quick-paced environment. Qualifications and

Requirements:

- Must hold a valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) certification at minimum.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Ability to supervise and support a team of 10 or more staff members.
- Comfortable working in an Adult Residential Facility supporting residents with mental health challenges.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Work schedule Mon-Fri with exception to on-call shifts and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the residential facility, supporting Mental Health Residents
- Supervise, mentor, and support staff members.




- Ensure high standards of resident care and safety.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Act as a resource for staff, residents, and family members.
