- Take initiative to move opportunities forward and contribute to the team's continued growth. Listing Preparation & Transaction Coordination

- Assist with preparing properties for market, including coordinating staging, photography, signage, lockboxes, and marketing materials.
- Prepare and review listing documentation, agreements, amendments, and other real estate paperwork.
- Coordinate appointments, inspections, property access, and transaction-related activities.
- Communicate with clients, cooperating agents, lawyers, and service providers throughout the transaction.

- Familiarity with systems such as Follow Up Boss, BrokerBay, Matrix/PropTx, ITSO, DocuSign, and similar platforms is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Qualified, personable, dependable, and comfortable in client-facing situations.

- Ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout our service areas.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is experienced, resourceful, confident, and genuinely passionate about real estate. The ideal candidate doesn't need constant direction. You should be equally comfortable negotiating an offer, conducting a buyer consultation, hosting an open house, preparing listing paperwork, or following up with a new lead. This role requires someone who understands the importance of professionalism, responsiveness, discretion, accuracy, and exceptional client service. Above all, we're looking for a dependable team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities and is excited to contribute to a successful, growing real estate business.
