Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Part-Time or Shared Position Citadel Dental | St. Albert, Alberta Great patient care starts with a great team. Citadel Dental is growing, and we're looking for one or two exceptional Registered Dental Hygienists to join our team We're a modern, fully digital, patient-centred dental practice in St. Albert, where clinical excellence, teamwork, and genuine relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Our philosophy is straightforward: Patient health comes first. Always. We believe hygienists should have the time, technology, and support to provide the standard of care their patients deserve. At Citadel Dental, appointment lengths are determined by individual patient needs, not rigid production targets or a one-size-fits-all schedule. Available Hours
- Monday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM We're happy to welcome one hygienist for all available hours or two part-time hygienists who would prefer to share the schedule. We're open to finding the right arrangement for the right people. What Makes Citadel Dental Different? Patient care without compromise. We prioritize comprehensive, individualized preventive care. Our hygiene appointments are scheduled according to each patient's clinical needs, allowing our hygienists to focus on meaningful, high-quality care rather than racing against the clock. A truly digital practice. Technology is integrated into our daily workflows to support diagnosis, patient education, and long-term oral health. Routine intraoral scanning is part of our preventive philosophy, helping patients see, understand, and participate in their own care. Support that makes a difference. We have two dedicated sterilization technicians on duty at all times, assisting with operatory setup and instrument processing. This allows our clinical team to spend more of their time doing what they do best: caring for patients. A team you'll want to be part of. Our team culture is incredibly important to us.

We believe in supporting one another, communicating respectfully, sharing knowledge, and taking pride in the care we deliver together. We're looking for someone who values being part of a team just as much as being an excellent clinician. Who We're Looking For
- A Registered Dental Hygienist licensed or eligible for registration in Alberta
- Someone who genuinely prioritizes patient health, education, and prevention
- A compassionate, thorough clinician who takes pride in providing exceptional care
- A positive, dependable team member who values collaboration and mutual respect

- Air polishing and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) experience
- Local anesthesia certification Don't have experience with all our technology? That's absolutely fine We're happy to provide training and mentorship to the right candidate. Attitude, clinical integrity, and a commitment to patient care matter far more to us than arriving with every technical skill. Why Join Citadel Dental? We're proud of the practice and team we've built. We invest in technology, clinical education, efficient workflows, and the people who make exceptional patient care possible. We want our hygienists to feel supported, professionally fulfilled, and proud of the care they provide every day. If you're looking for a practice where your clinical judgment is respected, your patients come first, and your teammates genuinely have your back, we'd love to meet you.
