Job Overview As a Barista/All Rounder, you’ll prepare and serve food and beverages, operate the POS, and support smooth day-to-day service. You’ll help create a welcoming experience for customers while working closely with colleagues to keep service organized and responsive. Duties
- Prepare coffee and other beverages, assist with food preparation, and serve orders with care.
- Use POS systems, including Micros POS where applicable, to process orders and handle cash accurately.
- Support food service, follow food handling and food safety practices, and keep work areas clean and orderly.
- Assist customers, manage competing tasks, and use basic math for transactions and order checks. Experience Required: Practical customer service, time management, basic math,



and careful food handling skills support accurate, efficient service. Preferred: Barista experience, food industry or food service experience, serving, cashiering, cash handling, and familiarity with POS or Micros POS are advantageous. Your impact: Attentive service and reliable teamwork help customers enjoy their visit and colleagues keep operations running smoothly. Pay: $19.50-$22.50 per hour
