- NOC#73201 Union: Non-Union, This position will be supervising unionized employees. Pay: Starting Salary Based on 32 hours per week Job Summary: Under the direction of the Partnerships & Operations Director (POD), coordinate and supervise facility staff, volunteers, and students while ensuring building safety, operational readiness, prompt maintenance response, and continuous improvement. Provide hands-on leadership and supervision of maintenance, preventative maintenance, janitorial services, and groundskeeping at The Lighthouse’s Community Services Building and Supportive Housing Building. Ensure facilities remain protected, clean, functional, and well-maintained in accordance with organizational policies, established standards, and applicable legislation.
