Daytime Barista / Bar Prep — Run Rabbit Run Rabbit is building its opening team in Whistler. Our restaurant combines Pacific Northwest ingredients and Vietnamese influences. We’re looking for someone who can make café-quality coffee, look after our breakfast guests, and complete the bar preparation for evening service. This role suits someone who enjoys both hospitality and the organised, detailed work that sets a busy bar up for success. What you’ll do:
- Prepare espresso-based coffee and other café beverages accurately and consistently.
- Welcome breakfast guests and provide attentive food and coffee service.
- Complete preparation for the evening bar team, including juices, syrups, garnishes, and other ingredients.
- Restock glassware and bar supplies for evening service.
- Keep the coffee equipment, bar, and preparation areas clean and organised.
- Coordinate with the evening bar team to ensure a clear handover and a fully prepared bar.
- Follow food safety practices. What you’ll bring:
- Experience making café-quality espresso drinks and steaming milk.




- Previous bartending experience and familiarity with cocktail preparation.
- Strong organisation and the ability to balance breakfast service with a daily prep list.
- Care for consistency, cleanliness, stock control, and reducing waste.
- A reliable approach and confidence working independently.
- Serving It Right certification before starting. Pay: $19 per hour, plus tips. Schedule: Daytime shifts, 7:30am–2:30pm. Employment type: Full time or part time available.
