Job Summary The Laundry room is seeking a Laundromat Caretaker. This person is responsible for keeping the facility clean, orderly, and ready for customers. This hands-on role combines routine cleaning with attention to equipment and facility upkeep, helping create a welcoming space and supporting smooth daily operations. This is a unique position, but would be a great fit for the right candidate. It offers a great deal of flexibility in the work hours required, as well as when this work is performed. Ideally, you'll live in close proximity or traveling past on a regular basis. Regular visits are required, but the time to complete a walkthrough is relatively short. The facility also offers a storage area at the back of the facility that is available for lease. This would be a great location for a wash and fold laundry service, tailoring or another general retail business. If this is of interest,

- Clean customer areas, floors, surfaces, and shared spaces; maintain a tidy, hygienic setting throughout the facility.
- Monitor washers, dryers, and other facility features, identify maintenance needs, and report issues promptly.
- Keep supplies and work areas organized, and communicate facility concerns to colleagues so they can respond quickly.
- Your impact: Consistent cleaning and timely maintenance help customers use a comfortable, dependable laundromat. Pay: $480.00-$750.00 per month
