Location:
Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 4 days on-site, 1 day remote) ⏳ Duration: 6-Month Contract (Strong potential for extension/conversion) We are actively recruiting a senior Business Systems Analyst to support major upgrades and feature enhancements for a mission-critical web application within top-tier financial services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business and systems requirements elicitation, process mapping, and user story creation for core web platforms.
- Collaborate closely in an Agile delivery environment with cross-functional technical teams and business partners (Jira/Confluence).
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and technical solution scoping. Must-Have

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst.




- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting web-based applications .
- Demonstrated proficiency with Jira and Confluence .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable facilitating stakeholder discussions. Robust Assets:
- Prior Canadian banking or major financial institution experience.
- Exposure to SAFe Agile frameworks and/or Agile certifications.
- Hands-on SQL skills for data analysis and querying.
- Experience or familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., GitHub / Microsoft Copilot).
