Gym Front Desk & Membership Sales Representative – Opening Shift Empire Fitness | Full-time | In person Pay: $18–$19 per hour Empire Fitness is looking for a reliable, punctual, and friendly team member to open the gym, welcome members, and support membership sales. Your shift starts at 5:45 a.m. Being on time every day is essential. You will be trusted to open the facility independently and ensure the gym is ready for our members. Responsibilities
- Arrive promptly at 5:45 a.m. and complete all opening procedures.
- Check that the gym is clean, safe, organized, and ready for members.
- Greet members, manage check-ins, and answer questions professionally.
- Answer phone calls and respond to membership inquiries.
- Give gym tours and explain membership options, pricing, and policies.
- Process recent memberships, renewals, and payments accurately.
- Follow up with prospective members and support sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate concerns to management.




- Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized. What We’re Looking For
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Availability to consistently start work at 5:45 a.m.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for opening.
- A trustworthy person who can work independently and follow procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence discussing memberships and helping customers choose suitable options.
- Previous sales or front desk experience preferred. Benefits
