- Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery, particularly folder gluers or similar packaging equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machine problems
- Warehouse experience with forklift operation preferred but not required; certification is a plus
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to packaging and machining techniques
