We are now seeking an Entry Level Customer Sales Associate in Winnipeg to bring that straightforward approach to telecommunications. You’ll explain home internet, TV, and phone options in clear, everyday language, helping customers understand their choices and overall value. You are not a faceless voice on a customer service line. You are the customer centred salesperson who actually knows what is available, what it costs, and what makes sense. You’ll meet our customers in person, answer their questions, and present internet, TV, and home phone options without the runaround. Core Functions
- Serve, in person, as the friendly first point of contact for the connectivity services our customers rely on every day.
- Answer account questions transparently on the spot, replacing billing confusion with plain explanations residents actually understand.
- Translate internet, TV, and home phone options into daily life, in plain language.




- Compare each customer’s current setup honestly against better-fitting options, letting the value speak for itself.
- Earn sales through clarity rather than pressure, the approach that turns first conversations into long, loyal customers.
- Match every recommendation to the customer’s budget, recommending down as readily as up when the fit calls for it. Preferred Skills
