The Wellnest Family Clinic is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Chiropractor to join our growing multidisciplinary wellness team. At The Wellnest, chiropractic care is about helping patients find balance, improve mobility, and support their overall health and well-being. Through hands-on assessments, gentle adjustments, and personalized treatment plans, we provide care for individuals and families at every stage of life, from newborns and children to expecting mothers, new parents, and adults. We welcome applications from chiropractors with a general practice background, as well as those with specialized experience or a particular interest in pediatric, prenatal, and postpartum chiropractic care. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a warm, family-focused environment, collaborating alongside physiotherapists, naturopaths, massage therapists, acupuncturists, counsellors, lactation consultants, osteopathic practitioners, and other wellness professionals. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive chiropractic assessments, including patient history, physical examinations, and evaluation of musculoskeletal and joint concerns
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs, goals, and clinical presentation
- Provide evidence-informed chiropractic treatments using a variety of hands-on techniques and approaches
- Provide care for patients of all ages, including babies, children, teens, adults, and prenatal and postpartum patients, depending on your area of practice
- Assess and treat common musculoskeletal concerns, including headaches, neck pain, back pain, jaw pain (TMJ), shoulder injuries, hip and pelvic pain, sciatica, sports injuries, and other joint and muscle conditions
- Provide gentle,



age-appropriate pediatric chiropractic care to support infants and children with concerns related to development, mobility, and overall well-being
- Support prenatal patients experiencing pregnancy-related discomfort, including pelvic girdle pain, pubic joint pain, round ligament discomfort, back pain, hip pain, and sciatica
- Provide prenatal chiropractic techniques, such as the Webster Technique, where appropriately trained and qualified
- Support postpartum patients with recovery and physical discomfort following childbirth, including postural pain from breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and caring for their baby
- Incorporate exercises, stretches, and patient education to support recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness
- Provide education and practical at-home strategies to help patients maintain progress between appointments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, multidisciplinary care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment notes
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive setting for patients and families
- Maintain current knowledge of evidence-informed chiropractic practices and professional standards Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO)
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning,



and treatment-planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional standards
- Experience working with pediatric, prenatal, and postpartum populations is an asset
- Webster Technique certification or training is an asset
- Experience supporting patients with pregnancy-related musculoskeletal concerns and postpartum recovery is an asset
