We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and guide customers through the sales process for powersports equipment, accessories, and packages.
- Product Expertise: Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our full lineup of Polaris vehicles, Princecraft boats, and related gear to make personalized recommendations.
- Sales Execution: Manage leads, follow up with inquiries, present competitive financing and warranty options, and close sales effectively.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with our service, parts, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless post-sale delivery experience for every customer.
- Inventory & Showroom: Assist in maintaining an appealing, well-organized showroom floor and up-to-date product displays.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
Previous sales experience (powersports, automotive, retail, or recreational equipment sales is a strong asset).

Skills:
Solid interpersonal communication, active listening, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Mindset: Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Passion: A genuine interest in powersports, boating, or outdoor recreation is highly valued. Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 – $70,000 per year (Commission-based with uncapped upside for high performers).
- Hours are full-time 5 days per week, every other Saturday 8-1 with a day off in lieu.
