- Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional showroom and warehouse setting.
- Pick, prepare, inspect, load, and unload construction materials and supplies with care and accuracy.
- Deliver building materials safely and on time to residential and commercial job sites across the Ottawa region.
- Ensure orders are complete, accurate,



and in excellent condition before and during delivery.
- Prepare vehicles, tools, and materials for daily deliveries and warehouse activities.
- Provide friendly, professional service and helpful product support to customers and job site contacts.
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, documentation, and order fulfillment.
- Follow company procedures, health and safety regulations, and safe material handling practices at all times.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to solve problems, improve workflows, and keep projects moving.
- Contribute to special projects and additional duties that support the success of the Ottawa team. What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, delivery, construction supply, building materials, or a similar hands-on environment preferred.
- Valid G-Class driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position, including lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, and moving construction materials safely and efficiently.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Good organization, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety standards, procedures, and proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort completing delivery, inventory, or shipping documentation.
- Knowledge of construction materials, job site practices, and safe material handling techniques is considered an asset.
- A dependable, positive, team-oriented attitude. Work Conditions
- Regular office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekends required as customer needs arise.
- Role requires extended periods of standing and physically demanding work, including lifting, moving, or handling objects weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Work may involve warehouse, showroom, vehicle, outdoor, and job site environments.
- Exposure to heat, humidity, dust, outdoor conditions, and hazards associated with the construction supply industry may occur.
- Interaction with employees, management, customers, contractors, and the public is part of the role.
