JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Executive Chef, this entry-level position supports our Culinary team by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities include washing dishes and cookware, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and work areas, removing waste and recycling, and ensuring the kitchen is properly cleaned and reset following service. - Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing and kitchen work areas.
- Complete nightly cleaning duties, including cleaning and sanitizing floors, work surfaces, sinks, equipment, appliances, floor mats, and drains.
- Empty garbage, recycling, and compost and maintain clean and sanitary waste disposal areas.




- Safely use and store cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with WHMIS and workplace procedures.
- Complete end-of-night cleaning requirements while consistently following food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and Tigh-Na-Mara standards. QUALIFICATIONS
- Available to work evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays is required.
- Previous dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, or food service experience is considered an asset; however, training will be provided.
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take direction.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and workplace safety.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching. Pay Rate: $23.50
- $25.00 per hour plus gratuities
