Job Summary Abadi Premier Holdings is a Charlottetown-based media and communications company crafting brands, campaigns, and visual identities for clients across Atlantic Canada. We're a small, creative team with high standards, and we're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead design work, mentor junior creatives, and elevate everything we put out into the world. As our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll lead design projects from concept to delivery—brand identities, marketing campaigns, digital assets, and print materials. You'll work directly with clients and internal teams, guide junior designers, and ensure every deliverable meets our standard of quality. This is a hybrid role in Charlottetown: remote focused work plus in-office collaboration for creative sessions and client meetings. Duties
- Lead design projects across brand identity, campaigns, digital, and print
- Develop creative concepts and present them to clients and internal stakeholders
- Create and maintain brand guidelines and design systems
- Design assets for web, social media, advertising, and print
- Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers
- Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and marketing teams




- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices Skills
- 5+ years of skilled graphic design experience (agency experience an asset)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, campaign, and digital work
- Excellent typography, layout, and colour skills
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior designers
- Strong client communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a hybrid environment
- Experience with Figma, motion graphics, or web design is an asset
- Diploma or degree in graphic design or a related field is an asset Pay: $59,800.00-$83,200.00 per year
