Availability requirement: You must be available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (daytime and evening shifts). Open availability on those three is ideal. - Welcome clients and create a positive first impression.
- Help guests choose the best tanning packages, memberships, retail products, and services.
- Answer questions about our services with confidence and professionalism.
- Manage appointments, check clients in and out, and maintain accurate client accounts.
- Respond to phone calls and client inquiries.
- Keep the salon spotless by cleaning tanning equipment, rooms, and common areas throughout the day.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including cash handling and key holder responsibilities.
- Work independently while staying productive during busy and quiet periods.




- Capture photos and short videos around the salon for social media.
- Help create Instagram Stories, Reels, and other behind-the-scenes content that showcases our brand. We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Loves providing exceptional customer service.
- Is friendly, confident, and enjoys talking with people.
- Is dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
- Takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
- Is comfortable being on camera and creating social media content.
- Has experience with Instagram or TikTok (preferred).
- Has previous retail or sales experience (an asset, but not required). Position Details This is a part-time position.
