Do you love wine? More importantly do you love introducing people to recent wine experiences. As our on-site sommelier/wine steward you have the opportunity to engage customers in discussions about wine selections that suit their their preferences and menu selections. This guest-facing role combines attentive customer service with serving, food service, and accurate transaction handling. In this capacity you will work closely with ownership, which counts two sommeliers amongst them, one of which has lengthy experience on the floor, and as a sommelier educator, wine writer and entrepreneur. In addition to this, there will be opportunities to take on more roles over time including staff training, event hosting, and inventory amongst other duties. While sommelier training is encouraged, it is not a prerequisite. First and foremost, you be passionate about wine and food and you must want to enhance the customer experience.
