Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Forman and Labourers to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas during winter weather conditions. We also offer year round landscaping opportunity with salary or full time. The ideal Forman will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and equipment, contributing to effective landscape maintenance and overall site safety. Our labourers will be required to transparent snow or ice from sidewalks and pathways. After 3 months there will be a $200.00 signing Bonus. Supervisor Duties
- Manage equipment and ensure safety protocols are being followed.
- Operate snow plow vehicles to clear snow from roadways, parking lots, and walkways.
- Supervise and manage team members during shifts.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for snow removal and related tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of snow removal operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any equipment issues promptly. Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to snow removal and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, and during non-standard hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- A valid G driver's license is required; additional certifications related to heavy machinery operation are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols in all operations. Labourer Duties

- Applying salt when required. Requirements
