the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, supervising employees, and ensuring the efficient management of receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to managing priorities and solving problems. This position combines team supervision with hands-on involvement in the daily operations of the warehouse.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a supervisory or team-lead role, with strong knowledge of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, organize, train,



and motivate a warehouse team to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, or order processing software.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment; valid certification or training where required.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices and secure material-handling procedures.
- Basic assembly experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving products weighing up to 75 lbs, while following proper lifting techniques and applicable workplace health and safety procedures.
