Summary As a Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic, you’ll help keep customer equipment in working order through repair and maintenance. Your impact: Reliable repairs help customers return equipment to service and support their day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
- Inspect forklifts and other equipment to identify mechanical or electrical issues.
- Diagnose faults using equipment knowledge and schematics.
- Perform repairs and maintenance using appropriate hand and power tools.
- Test equipment after service to confirm it is operating as expected.
- Communicate repair findings and service needs clearly to customers and coworkers.




- Qualifications
- Required: Mechanical knowledge and mechanic experience.
- Required: Experience with forklifts and heavy duty equipment.
- Required: Ability to perform maintenance and use hand and power tools.
- Required: Electrical experience and ability to read schematics.
- Preferred: Welding, dealership experience, or customer service skills.
