Our Homecare Agency is looking to hire an RN with leadership capacity to join our Home Support team. The candidate must have a current practicing registration as an RN with Nova Scotia College of Nurses. Please submit references with resume. Qualifications:
- Team Leader
- Experience in implementing and evaluating service plans for clients
- Be able to evaluate Home Support workers in the field
- Instruct staff in recent protocols and procedures
- Community experience an asset
- Problem solving and good communication skills
- Must be able to work in collaboration with team members
- Must be well organized and be able to initiate workload and work independently
- Ability to make decisions which are of a critical nature and which demonstrate excellent judgement ability
- Computer skills are a asset




- Be reliable and available to attend work
- Valid driver's license / reliable vehicle required
- Registration as an RN with Nova Scotia College of Nurses
- Required to provide criminal record check with vulnerable sector check and child registry -Part of NSNU; -Rate per hours is set by the collective agreement. -Holidays/ Evenings -Weekends on 1 in 4 rotation.
