Brand Guruz is hiring Brand Ambassadors, a Team Lead and Event Hosts for a premium holiday product experience in a downtown Toronto condo. If you have worked as a brand ambassador, product demonstrator, promotional model, event host, greeter or event staff, this is for you. Weekend and holiday shifts, paid training, three roles on one team. Roles we are hiring (6 positions: one primary and one backup for each role)
- Lead Brand Ambassador / Team Lead (2): leads the in office team and runs product demos
- Brand Ambassador / Product Demonstrator (2): runs live product demos for guests
- Event Host / Lobby Greeter (2): welcomes guests in the building lobby and manages sign-in Backups are paid for training and for every shift they cover. Lead Brand Ambassador / Team Lead
- Lead the in-unit team each shift: brand ambassador and lobby greeter
- Run engaging live product demos and answer guest questions with confidence
- Own the reporting tablet: guest counts, demos delivered, product interest, photos
- Keep the space guest-ready: displays, product, photo moment
- Step in for the field manager when needed
- Experience as a team lead, lead brand ambassador or senior promo staff Brand Ambassador / Product Demonstrator
- Greet guests and guide them through a styled holiday condo experience
- Run live demos of home and kitchen appliances with energy and confidence
- Keep product displays clean, stocked and camera-ready
- Capture guest interest for the team's daily report
- Experience in product demos, retail sales, sampling or promotions Event Host / Lobby Greeter
- Welcome guests in the building lobby with warmth and professionalism
- Manage guest sign-in and the arrival flow




- Escort guests to the unit and coordinate with the team upstairs
- Work respectfully with building concierge and residents
- Experience in guest services, hospitality, front desk, concierge or customer service Schedule (all roles)
- Paid training: Wed Nov 18, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (mandatory)
- Six shifts: Sat Nov 21, Sun Nov 22, Fri Nov 27 (Black Friday), Sat Nov 28, Sun Nov 29 (daytime, about 6 hours each) and Mon Nov 30 (evening, about 5 hours)
- Call time is 45 minutes before doors open What you bring (all roles)
- 2+ years of brand ambassador, event, retail or hospitality experience
- Friendly, outgoing, punctual and professional
- Comfortable standing for a full shift
- Comfortable with kitchen appliances (demo roles)
- Available for paid training and all six shifts Pay and perks
- $23 to $27 per hour, based on role and experience
- Paid training and branded apparel provided
- First call for future paid brand activations
