Lemon Tree Housekeeping & Vacation Homes is a locally owed cleaning and vacation rental management company serving Vancouver Island. We manage a growing portfolio of properties and pride ourselves on providing exceptional care for our homeowners, guests, and properties. Lemon Tree's property management division is looking for an experienced marketing coordinator to manage our short-term and vacation rental property listings. The job responsibility includes listing management, marketing, advertising, and buidling relationships with stakeholders to grow our clientele. The position is best suited for someone who works mobile, has a flexible schedule, and is looking for part-time work to supplement their income.



You must be available to attend in person meetings, including meet with front line staff, and perform other in person work duties as needed. Our ideal candidate is creative, an excellent writer, has experience with project management, and has a strong business acumen. Experience in property management, hospitality or real estate is preferred. A connection to a videographer would be ideal. Help us grow Lemon Tree's property management portfolio
