TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for Operational Risk Program Specialist This is a 12 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid ( onsite 3x/week at least (Must be in on Wed & Thurs, flexibility with 3rd day) Candidate Requirements/Must Have

Skills:
1. 4+ years of experience in risk management, operational risk, or compliance within a financial services or regulated setting, including risk assessment processes, and operation within a structured control and audit context. 2. Excellent analytical skills, with experience, validating, analyzing data and supporting KPI and Data Quality (DQ) monitoring activities. 3. Hands on experience managing documentation and materials in SharePoint or similar repositories 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint,



Word) Nice-To-Have

Skills:
1. Experience supporting large scale, cross functional initiatives, such as eGRC platform delivery or transformation efforts, requiring coordination across multiple stakeholder groups. 2. Previous experience with Power BI 3. Experience with NIRA (New Initiative Risk Assessment) TekStaff may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the applicant screening process.
