Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Casual Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic workplace for residents and staff. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and cleaning to contribute to a high-quality service experience. The candidate will work on an as-needed basis, with shifts generally 8 hours in length. Shifts may vary based on operational needs and may include short-notice work, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Ensure all areas meet established cleanliness standards and safety protocols
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow established procedures for industrial cleaning when necessary
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition




- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching
